| Significance of Vedic Astrology |

Vedic Astrology is not a subject of so free hand for any person to practice at his will at any place after referring few astrological books; Vedic Astrology, so far as its predictive part is concerned, is not such an exact science as Physics or Mathematics in which, it is possible for any person to wriggle himself out of any position however difficult it may be, without the divine grace, but in the case of Vedic Astrology, which is a very close approach to a science, divine grace must operate. |
| Correct astrological decisions are not so easy to be arrived at, as it is easy to find out the sum of two and four or to work out any mathematical problem, which admits of only one answer when worked out even by many persons. The sum of two and four is always six whether the addition is made in a sacred place like a temple or filthy place like any that you may imagine for yourself, but astrology is not a subject of so free hand. The Karmic Law is heavily counted in astrology. |
The Karmic Law holds sway over all mankind, whatever may be his caste, his creed, and his colour…whatever may be his religion or his race and irrespective of whether he is being recognized or repudiated. All the Laws of Supreme God are universal, fixed, and perfect and beauty in their orders, therefore nepotism or favouritism never exists under this Law! |
The basic principle of Karmic Law is that while passing through a life, a person gets appreciations for his righteous and noble deeds. Subsequently, the accumulated ‘appreciations’ turn out to be his virtue (Punya) which automatically gets deposited into his “credit” account. Thereafter, the virtue gets transformed into blessings and bestowed upon the person either in the same birth or from the following birth. Eventually, the person starts enjoying the results of the blessings in the form of Good-Luck. |
Similarly, a person receives curses for all his immoral actions and his committed sins. The curse received by a person, slowly but steadily gets changed into a mega ‘stumbling block’ and turns his granted life into a ‘severe punishment life’ either from the same birth or from his consequent birth thus driving him to face Bad-Luck everywhere or turn him to be unlucky. |
The favourable or unfavourable position and combination of planets in a horoscope clearly confirm the strength of fortune or misfortune present in the Birth-Chart due to the past birth Karma. Nevertheless, the learned and experienced Vedic Astrologers must know how to calculate and interpret a horoscope minutely and accurately keeping in mind the Karmic Law. |
